All bookings are to be paid upfront - we require payment before your pet arrives here.
You will be sent a payment link to complete payment after you submit a booking request. Please pay within 24 hours of receiving this link to secure your booking. Your booking is NOT confirmed until payment has been made and proof of vaccination supplied.
If your plans have changed, we ask that you please send us a courtesy email so we can allow availability for another guest.
REFUNDS Fetch Pet Resort requires payment in full to secure the booking for your pet.
Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. The remainder of your balance will be refunded back to you.
Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. The remainder of your balance will be refunded back to you.
No Refunds are given for no-show bookings.
No Refunds are given for early departures.
Any Refunds offered contrary to the above or use of Discount Vouchers and Special Offers are strictly at Management’s Discretion and reserve the Right to Refuse where it is deemed necessary.
Peak Period Refund Policy For bookings that fall within our Peak Periods (see FAQ’s for dates), we require notice of cancellation 3 weeks prior to the start of your booking in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
